Welcome to my third week. I ended up sick this weekend but still managed to lose 2 pounds, so I'm doing ok. I started working out at my work gym before my Tuesday and Thursday Karate classes. They have weight machines and I felt like I wasn't doing enough strength training yet. Plus, I keep getting a knot in my thigh from the Karate kick I am focusing on this time, so it lets that rest a little more.
I still had problems with my eating this weekend. Being sick was the excuse I used this time, but it's just that. Only An Excuse. My short term goal is now to get better at my eating on the weekends and actually use the calorie counter both days. I'm not saying that I will always stay within my limits, but I've gotten into a bad habit of not logging when I'm being bad. With this as my first step, it's a good foundation for the future.
