I haven't been very faithful with
blogging or losing weight and exercising.

Therapy is going well, I think/guess.
Not sure what I am accomplishing,
but she says I am making progress.

A friend moved this month and I
have been helping her move and
shop for "new" furniture. She has
found some really nice things.

Going to try to change a few things this month.
I keep telling myself that, let's hope to "see"
it this month.

I got the rest of my furniture moved last week.
Treadmill is back in the office (and will STAY there LOL)
My new chair is in the LR now so that there is a little
additional seating, may move it back to the MBR later.
Had my house blessed and made my first ever quiche,
which turned out very nicely. Lots of compliments.

Finished trimming all the evergreens and killed all
the weeds for the most part. Have harvested a few
more things from the garden, should have some red
tomatoes soon Only thing NOT successful was the
cauliflower, which I eventually just had to pull and toss.

Look at all that you have accomplished in the last month. We just have to move with our lives and do all we can. I wish I could have had a garden this year...I would love to have me some good ole red tomatos!

It sounds to me like you are doing very well. You have accomplished a lot. You can always diet and exercise when you get through this period of transition. I like quiche too.
