Vegas didn't beat me!

My darkside friends know I was in Vegas and got back to work on Monday. I stayed at the gorgeous Venetian Hotel for the conference. Plenty of restaurants, shops, gambling machines and entertainment designed to tempt and help you spend your money.

I am pleased to say the money I lost was what I consider my entertainment and despite the limited healthy food options I was able to control my eating to more or less healthy options and have a fantastic time.

I only gained 1 pound while I was away so all in all this is a WIN :)
