Without the Weight loss Challenge motivating me (OK I might be a *tad* competitive) I haven't really been trying.... I go to yoga 2x a week, but lately that has been it. We are heading out to Disneyland mid August, I am not where I was planning to be weight wise, But I am not ashamed. I am leaps and bounds better than I was a year ago!
We are also visiting family in Arizona this month, and I hope that someone notices the 80+ lb weight loss... last time I saw all of them I was 3mos pregnant with my youngest. I was really hoping to be at 100lbs lost, but whatever, live and learn I guess.
So next topic: Motivation. I lack it. A lot. I LOVE how I feel when I am working out, but somehow when I get off track, even just a little, I let it completely DERAIL me!
Well here's to getting off my ass and getting moving again!
