All Habits Have a First Day-Week 2

This week has been a joy. I have eaten healthfully and was accountable 85% of the time. One of my goals is to cook more, so I dusted off my binder of SparkPeople recipes. Oh, it was like reuniting with old friends..."Oooh, that one is good." " I remember that one." "I can't wait to make that one again." So extra points for not having to reinvent the wheel. The recipes are there and even in my favorites list.

Running has been more of a challenge. This morning was cool and clear. There was no way I was missing this opportunity. I followed the route I followed three days a week all last summer. Running and walking, more walking than running. At the half way point, muscle memory kicked in. It didn't seem insurmountable. It was a good start.

Well begun is half done. I have begun well.
