It really hasn't been bad giving up carbs from refined foods. I don't know if you have found this out too, but once I'm off the carbs, it's true, my cravings start to disappear. An egg omelet with cheese keeps me full for about 4 to 5 hours. A bowl of cereal, about 2. Then I start rummaging for something I can have. I'm not saying I will not try eating carbs again. But it does make you wonder if some people have to eat less of them than others though. If some of us react to them differently than others.
