Well, I'm losing!

It really hasn't been bad giving up carbs from refined foods. I don't know if you have found this out too, but once I'm off the carbs, it's true, my cravings start to disappear. An egg omelet with cheese keeps me full for about 4 to 5 hours. A bowl of cereal, about 2. Then I start rummaging for something I can have. I'm not saying I will not try eating carbs again. But it does make you wonder if some people have to eat less of them than others though. If some of us react to them differently than others.

    Here we are talking about learning to like fruits and veggies, DH and I, and I read your blog. I used to be a carbaholic and we have really changed our diet and I feel so much better.

    I too have that same problem and wondered if maybe my body does not need as much food since I am also under 5'3". It does seem weird that my body would need the same amount of calories that someone who is 5' 4" and taller.
