Increasing Activity: Days 48 and 49 of 730 til 30

730 Days ‘Til 30…A countdown to lose 230 lbs over the next two years to achieve my goal weight before I turn 30.

My activity level is increasing (almost) every day! Sunday, my family walked down to a public mailbox to mail some paperwork and then we walked to a park so my daughter could play. I also accomplished everything on my to-do list for Sunday. Monday was another story, however…

I did not feel good yesterday and spent much of the day sleeping. I don’t know what brought it on; maybe I did too much Friday, Saturday, and Sunday…maybe I had a bug…maybe my lactose intolerance is starting to increase (first it was when I ate ice cream…lately it’s high amounts of milk and cheese that trigger it). But, I knew today was another day.

Today I plan on doing some rearranging in my kitchen to make ingredients and stuff more accessible while I cook whole foods for my family. Tomorrow is payday so I can go stock up some freggies and my fridge! We’re almost out of yeast and flour for bread, too. We haven’t eaten store bought bread in over a month.

Like I said before, today is another day.
