This was a good week!

I started tracking my steps. At first I did not think it would matter, but then I found myself pushing harder to get more steps. When I saw a post from Ms. LJCannon with regards to 14000 steps being a slow day it really got me motivated. Yes, it can be hard to walk at work/ Sometimes I need to sit at my desk to get things done, but I can also do some walking at lunch, and now I do. I am very happy that I started tracking my steps it has made me a lot more motivated to push myself no matter what.
I also have been doing a lot at home with my kids. My oldest loves the Wii Just dance games. I try to do at least 30 minutes each night and he gets a huge kick out of it. He is becoming very talented and entertaining. I try to walk in place between each song to keep my heart rate up. I also started doing the Wii Fit game thanks to the Wii Fit Challenge group. I have to wait until my sons go to bed to weight in, he likes to stand on the board with me, but it pushes me to get it done. Thanks Team!!!
I got my mom to join Spark people as well. I'm very excited about this. I feel like her and I can push each other. The boys love there Gamma and they need her around for a long time. I know she will be successful.
Thank you Spark people and all my spark friends and teams!!! I have really seen a change in my energy, self esteem and motivation!
