September Goal

Well after 8 months and no results (granted i did take a few weeks off here and there due to vacations, etc) I decided to see an exercise therapist. she works for our health region, has a degree in kinesiology and works with weight loss, and chronic disease management. We talked for almost an hour - went through my whole history of weight loss, etc. The only change she could suggest is to increase my workouts to a minimum of 200 minutes a week.
So thats my aim - no less than 200 a week, and a total goal of 900+ fitness minutes for September. Add in daily (or near daily) tracking and we will see what happens.
I am also going to see a nutritionist next friday, so we will see what she says!! Fingers crossed!!

    I'm sure you can do it! I'm going to be back in fitness mode as well. No slacking for me with the girls in school! I am working on goals right now.

    I have high hopes for September to be our month!! Too many months of hard work and little or no results have gone by. I hope focusing on fitness minutes will get you out of whatever rut is holding you back!!
