September goal Week 1

From Sept 1-8 I completed 282 minutes of fitness - so exceeded my goal by 82 minutes! Very exdcited about that. I also went and saw a nutritionist, and she is recommending i eat 1500-1700 cals a day - especially since i am working out 4+times a week. SO i will do that for the entire month of september
. If with THIS i dont lose weight, then I will book an appointment with a naturopath. I am determined to look at every angle that possibly could be affecting my weight loss(or lack there-of).
So i will keep plugging away - thats all I can do!
