BONUS CHALLENGE----WEEK 1----REFLECTING

It was an easy choice for me to pick 1 thing to work on during this challenge. It is to make a new habit of logging (tracking) my food and drink intake daily.
By the end of the 10 week Fall Challenge, I will have a new and healthy habit well established!
I know for a fact that this is a very helpful aid to losing weight. And it is something that I haven't made myself do until now.
It certainly makes you aware of what you are putting in your body.
Even on the days that I am unhappy that I ate too much, I will still log it into my tracker.
The most successful people at losing weight do this while dieting.
I am looking to have a very successful Fall on the scales by the end of the challenge!
