It was an easy choice for me to pick 1 thing to work on during this challenge. It is to make a new habit of logging (tracking) my food and drink intake daily.

By the end of the 10 week Fall Challenge, I will have a new and healthy habit well established!
I know for a fact that this is a very helpful aid to losing weight. And it is something that I haven't made myself do until now.

It certainly makes you aware of what you are putting in your body.
Even on the days that I am unhappy that I ate too much, I will still log it into my tracker.
The most successful people at losing weight do this while dieting.

I am looking to have a very successful Fall on the scales by the end of the challenge!

WooHoo - AND by logging here, it also keeps us closer to motivation and encouraging articles. Sounds like a Super Plan. Tracking has been a major change in my lifestyle and I suppose it has also been a major contributor to what I've achieved. Cool, huh?

AMEN! Food Tracking is the ONE thing that makes the difference. Just knowing that I am going to write it all down is enough to make me use my best judgements in making food choices. It forces me to evaluate the portion size carefully. It sways me towards cooking at home versus dining out.

Although it's not my officially stated habit to work on for the fall challenge, I too am committed to tracking everything this challenge. We are in this together!
