It started out slow, but it's gaining speed....I got my 60 minute walk done, weight lifting, stretchy band exercise and a new video from Coach Nicole...they have a bun ch of short fun exercise videos any one can do....I mean any one , some are from a chair....I'm challenging myself to do a new short video each day...and hey they give you spark points for watching and you can then add calories burned, it is a win win situation...

I'm looking for new healthy recipes to try this fall, I going to find some zucchini to make bread and add to soups and stews.....apples for apple sauce and pies....

So tip for the day try something new, never give up and you are loved no matter what you weigh..
