First day of my challenge

I made the first step. I started logging my diet yesterday. I am trying to eat several small meals a day. And today I walked 1.3 miles around my neighborhood. Yeah me! Let's just do it again tomorrow morning!!!

    Well as you can see I fell off...it's been awhile. I've had things go on in my life that has really put me in a depression. I lost my 23 year old daughter May 2013. It has taken me awhile to kinda push on past this...although I think about her everyday. I will have to take action, get out of this rut I am in. I want to be healthy and active for my other two little ones. So here it goes...on my second week...two miles of walking daily at the high school track. I am also doing walk at home with Leslie Sansone every day possible. Down 4 pounds. Yeah me! I'm ready!!!

    You CAN do it again tomorrow!! Just get out and do it!! It will make you feel good if you do. The more you do it, the better you'll feel and the easier it will get.
