Rock It week 11!

Just have to say that I can't believe that we're already in week 11! The challenge is flying by!

My family has frequented fast food restaurants on many occasions, so I have become familiar with a few of the 'plan b' options. First one is Taco Bell. The have their Fresco menu that is fantastic. I like the Fresco chicken soft taco, which has grilled chicken and pico, for only 150 calories and 3.5 grams of fat. Next is McDonald's. I like to get the parfait for a snack for 150 calories and 2 grams of fat(and it's on the value menu!). I love that they have these options for when we need to do food on the go.

I think these videos will be a great addition to my Turbo Jam this week.

I originally planned on completing a Jillian Michaels program during Rock It. I don't see that happening. I think I need to take a break from her.
It's not her, it's me. emoticon
I always start a video and then I have NO motivation to keep going. I decided that i need the happy peppiness of Chalene with Turbo Jam. I never have to talk myself into doing Turbo Jam. I really enjoy it. So, I have decided to commit the next 4 weeks to the actual program. I usually just do the 20 minute workout a few times a week, but I really need to utilize all of the workouts and make a habit out of it. I will complete this program! I will eventually go back with Jillian, but I'm going to keep my distance until I'm ready.
