Week 2 BSG Challenge Sept YOU CAN DO IT!

Tonight at my TOPS meeting we discussed 11 things YOU CAN DO to help you on your journey. I wanted to share them with you. The idea is taken partly from a televangelist, Joyce Meyers broadcast.
1 YOU CAN decideto be healthy an dfit for the rest of your life.
2.You CAN follow through on your decision.
3. YOU CAN be the person it takes to have the healthiest body possible.
4. YOU CAN write down your goals.
5. YOU CAN keep a food journal.
6. YOU CAN exercise regularly.
7. YOU CAN chat with you friends and team members to help get you the support you need.
8. YOU CAN choose healthy foods in reasonable amounts.
10. YOU CAN overcome obstacles along the way.
11. YOU CAN take and keep off the pounds sensibly.
I have a sheet of paper with all of these things on them. The piece of paper is now hanging on my refrigerator so I will see it at least 3 times a day. We are always telling each other that
I know we can do this.
