where is the month going

Today is Sept. 15th...wow half the month is gone, it sure is buzzing by fast.....
It has been a good month for me, health wise, I have stayed on track, done my exercises, weight training and doing my stretching....I am feeling motivated and feel my spark has returned as well...

I did make a few changes in my food intake adding my protein to my breakfast, loving the new Dannon Greek yogurt..in fact found it at Sams club yesterday, at a way cheaper price....
adding the extra protein has helped me stay full long and has helped me with nibbling in general...
also the more regular weight training has helped me too...finding I'm spending more time working out since I'm not working..
My new goal is to find some hobbies to keep me busy besides shopping....(not working has limited my spending money..darn)

Any way I started Sept's goals as making it the healthiest month of the year so far and so far I'm reaching my goal.....yahooo

Off to keep busy, might walk around the cul-de -sac a few times, or use the stepper...just can't sit ...
