Pumping Iron...

I have a huge worry with getting too much of one nutrient, especially vitamin A and iron... I'm having a hard time understanding how much exactly by percent is too much.... I'm not done with my food for the day haven't had dinner or my snack and my tracker already says 185% iron!! Someone please help clear this up for me I do not need to get ill again. = (

    if you get too much vitamin A through food (as beta carotene) you don't get sick. your skin may just turn a little orange.
    not sure about the iron. are you getting it from a supplement or real food? I quit taking multiple vitamins or supplements because i would feel rotten or break out in hives.
