BLC 20 Goals

I have thought about this all weekend long. About what I want to achieve in this 20th round of the BLC.

I am almost done with Insanity and I couldn't be more excited about it. I'm very happy with the progress I have made with this program in 60 days. I do think I will be doing Rev Abs for the month of October and then sometime in mid-October I will be ordering Chalean extreme.

My eating does have to get better though. I'm still snacking on too many sweet treats. I had done well with this, but in the last 2-3 weeks one little bite of this and that and now I have something nearly everyday that is a sweet treat.

I think I have exercise down...I love Insanity, I have done Rev Abs and really enjoy that workout. I also do want to get back into running. I haven't ran since March 17th (well that was a race) I did some running early summer then it just got so darn hot out. Now it's starting to cool off. I ran this afternoon (only 1 mile) and that was with my 13 yr old daughter. She has started running here and there and she asked me to go with her today...so I went with her...that running bug set back in with me.

Like I said its my EATING!! I have tracked and my problem is more often I don't eat enough calories....unless I overeat with the sweets!

My main goal though is building more muscle. I had a nice start and then for financial reasons I had to stop going to my boot camp class. I was doing stuff at home, but not nearly as intense as the boot camp class. But still built some with Insanity. Looking for more though. haha. I'm trying not to focus on the scale some much. The # has gone up slightly but the inches have either gone down or stayed same. I'm building muscle and I'm totally fine with that. I took this picture a week or so ago. Want to put it up, and do a comparison one maybe the end of November after I have done Chalean for atleast 30 days.
