Goals for BLC20

I have three main goals for BLC20. I made one goal for each of three categories:
My exercise goal is to be a streaker, which means you exercise for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week. Right now I don't exercise that many days per week.
My water goal is to work up to drinking 8 glasses a day, which I don't currently do.
My nutrition goal is to continue to increase the amount of freggies I eat (which is hard for me because I don't like a lot of freggies).
