More Healthy Exercise

I woke early did my 65 minutes on the treadmill, did some weight training and stretch band routines...followed 2 of Coach Nicole's video..had a healthy breakfast....started laundry....
Then Gary said get a sweat shirt on women, we are going to get wood, and I need your help....so for the rest of the day we were loading the truck with wood and then bringing it home to stack...and tomorrow will be more of the same....I am tired now after eating dinner, but don't want to relax to much if I fall asleep now, I won't be able to sleep through the night..

any way lots of exercise and healthy eating today..

have a healthy Thursday and find some way to keep your body moving......
