Fall 5% challenge commitment

And... I'm back for my 5th 5% challenge! 5th one already, who would have thought?...
For the 8 weeks of the Fall challenge I commit to:
- eating and cooking healthy, mostly vegan food
- exercising a minimum of 10 mns a day as an ongoing streak, plus cardio and strength training, with Leslie Sansone and Chalene Johnson.
- tracking everyday, and posting daily fitness minutes and LTGL points on my team's page (we want to land that plane!)
- keeping my tapping streak going
Goal for this 5% challenge is to release 3.5 kgs. RELEASE not lose...
Why? for better health, stamina, and confidence. Because releasing is part of my journey and part of my process.
Possible hurdles on this journey? Getting addicted to SP!!!
Are my workout clothes out and ready? YES
Is my fridge stocked up with healthy food? YES
Do I know how to connect with my team? YES
Boarding pass ready? YES
