Started Spark Coach today

I started Spark coach today. I need some more accountability and a few bells and whistles to help motivate me. I was going to start WW again, but I have a real issue with paying them $18.95 when I hear that they are paying some celebrity person 4 million dollars to be their spokesperson. That's what we're paying for when we subscribe to them. This is far more affordable, and it's created by real people. I love the motivational articles on Spark People. The only thing I don't really like is the food tracker - I have found the absolute easiest one to use is My Fitness Pal. The multi-add features saves an incredible amount of time, and the phone app works beautifully. so I'm going to use that program to track.
Maybe I will find that by checking in daily, and using the content in Spark Coach I can move forward. It's time to change habits - slipping into the old comfort habits simply due to stress and fatigue. I'm almost finished with my master's program for school, but there are many things I can do, in spite of what I can't get done right now. I have no excuse for not drinking 8 glasses of water, or eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies. If I'm super busy, I can at least do that. If I make my own lunch at home, and do a little food prep here and there, I can make improvements.
