Sunday morning

I set a side Sunday for a rest from exercising but it never happens. I always go for a walk and today was 5km.

I will most lightly go for another one before the day is out. The trouble is it is going to rain tomorrow so I may decide to get tomorrows in as well. I normally do 30 miles a week so I need to do 10 today. Oh well just over 6 1/2 to go.
