Tuesday and I have damaged a something in my leg. I think I walked a little to far (18 miles) since Sunday. Or tried to go too fast.
I have got some exercise in but walking is painful. I managed the Rowing machine and the Kettlebell but I need to do more.
Yesterday I adjusted my calories up by 200 but realised it was too much. I reduced by 100 this morning and hope that it will work out
