Back in the saddle!

Now that we're back from 16 days at the Beach, it's time to rededicate myself to the last 20 or so pounds I must discard.

I try not to say "lose", because that envisions waning to "find" and get it back. No thanks, I have far too often found them all back, along with their friends in the past.

While on vacation, I took my skinniest, tightest jeans and made sure I put them on every day, so I only gained 3 pounds.

Now back to logging in my food, my exercise, and sticking 100% to my low carb plan.

I owe it to myself to get to my goal once and for all.
