1st week BSG Challenge for the Grinning Ghosts

During the month of September. I didn't actually have any set goals. i did my daily exercise and watched my nutrition. I did have good month despite not setting goals. I lost a total of 4lbs. I don't encourage not settings goals each month. Here is a list of my goals for October.

1. Lose 5lbs this month.
2. Continue to get all of my water in daily 8-10 glasses.
3. Continue to get no less than 30 minutes of exercise in a day.
4. To keep my intake of carbs down to 131g a day.
5. Make sure to get in my veggies and fruit daily.
6. Keep active in my BSG Challenges.
7. Raise the money we need to send 3 delegates to Girls State.
8, Give support to my SP friends as they supported me.

I am hopeful of being successful this October. Even with the Hollidays looming.
