Day 4 of challenge

Day 4, also a success! I did all my juicing, had some almond milk mixed with chocolate protein drink, sliced chicken breast (1 portion) that I dipped in (1 portion) of homemade guacamole, and baked an acorn squash. Added a touch of butter and brown sugar but just barely. It was delicious!
The previous plan to go out to dinner with my MIL was canceled. But the family still wanted to do something...pizza. Boy do I love pizza, but for now, I'm not having any. So I sent them out for pizza and stayed home with my squash. lol. I thanked them for not bringing any back. I'm just not yet ready to tempt fate.
I did some yoga and now I'm ready for bed! Night all!

    I have my husband buy ice cream without nuts so I won't eat any. LOL
