How I'm Going To Change My Workout

This morning, I'll be having my swim !
I'm going to change my workout by doing different strokes.
Over the past few years, I have only been doing a front crawl.
To change things up, I will also do some backstroke.
I've decided to also do those lifts, when I'm in the deep end.
I'm looking forward to my swim, tomorrow !
