I get a lot of messages and people asking me ....just what do you eat to loose weight and mostly be healthy.....It's not always easy....I love to eat....but over the last 6+ years I have learned to eat healthy, SparkPeople taught that small changes can add up....or down depending how you look at it...

So this morning after a restless night , not much sleep...I still had to get things ready for the guys and football...DH is smoking a pork roast as stated in past blogs....

so here are a few things I make to keep us all healthy, don't tell the

pepper salad, a rainbow of color, it is so yummy and fresh tasting, the guys love this.

some one asked me yesterday what kinds of food do I keep in my fridge, so here is whats in there this morning....

today's menu

smoked pork roast--extra lean
oven roasted veggies, with red potaotes
fresh pepper salad
beer bread

I also set out a tray of celery, carrots, olives, pepper rings, cherry, tomatoes, low fat cheese cubes,
they all seem to love it....there is never anything left....
