Week 2 of P90X/Insanity hybrid

I ended my Insanity program at the end of September. I started October undecided with doing another round of Insanity or something else. I really and I mean REALLY liked doing Insanity it's fast, it's intense and it works. BUT I did miss my weights. So with that, I decided to do a mix (hybrid) of P90X AND Insanity...best of two worlds baby! I did not do pictures...it was I forget about and if I remembered, the darn battery in the camera was dead every single time.

I'm starting a new challenge with my group and I'm so excited to get started with them!
I have to tighten up my eating...that is always the hardest thing for me. Exercise portion, got that part taken care of...it's that darn eating thing that, that is my hang up emoticon . So with this challenge and with the group. I really hope to accomplish my goals that I have set in my mind!!!

    I should have added tightening up the diet is the key to these programs. I'm so on that same page.

    I'm wrapping up Insanity this week and like you really missed my weights. After a couple weeks off (I have a yoga challenge I want to do) I'm going to start the P90X/Insanity Hybrid. I'm going to review the program today and get my schedule worked out.
