I seem to be getting trained subconsciously to stay within my calorie range. Today I was busy and tired. I usually pretrack my food plans for the day but did not do it today. Well I went ahead a tracked food even though I thought it might be too much already. Well, I still have room for a little dessert tonight! Woohoo!
