162.5 (almost to my goal before Brett gets back)

I think I did really good yesterday... I am missing Brett terribly already. He really is my happiness and my other half. I don't miss what he does on the camper or the boat, I miss his laughter, his humor and the way he supports me and shares with me.

I have a lot to do today. The morning didn't start out good, I got woken up to a knock at the door and then the computer wouldn't work for 1.5 hours- I think things will go more smoothly now, though.

1. Exercise/Strength
(20 min ROWING)

2. Get to 162 lbs.
(down another .5 lbs to 162.5)

(5 svgs! yay!)-fruit cocktail, .5 cup and 1 cup, strawberries in cereal, 1 sm banana

4. 8-10 cups water
(9 cups)
