I have been outside trying to get the last few days of the nice weather....it was near 80 here today, sunny and so nice......
I have been doing very good with food and exercise...

I have gone over my last 2 weeks of eating trying to cut out as much sugar as possible....I found out that sugar is very important to me and my eating.....I use to allow myself 8 grams of dark chocolate and dried cranberries in my trail mix....both seem to stimulate my appetite....I stopped both for 2 weeks and have noticed a decrease in my appetite and cravings to eat more trail mix....so I have decided to stop the dark chocolate except for an occasional treat and to stop adding the dried cranberries to my home made trail mix.....already the trail mix seems to hold no interest to me....

I'm continuing to try new things to tweak what has worked and to re evaluate my food plan....I have changes over the years I have been on this journey and have learned to listen to my body, watch for weight gain and adjust to each new change...

I want to stay active and motivated to do my best, look my best and feel my best.....

ONLY I CAN DO IT FOR MYSELF........
