So I started with Spark Coach, but I wasn't staying with it every day. This last week I was off all week, so I exercised and started using the tracker for my food. I still use My Fitness Pal because of the extensive database, but I discovered that the spark people tracker has some cool features, especially when it comes to creating reports.
My goal is to lose 18 lbs by the end of the year. That is 9 weeks away. This past week I went over on some of my days, but this next week I am going to hold myself accountable to stay within the numbers. I'm glad I was honest but I know if I want to see results I'm going to have to do more limiting.
I did a Walk Away the Pounds DVD everyday this week. I'm getting myself warmed back up to exercise. My joints felt pretty good. I'm not going to worry about doing any other type- just make certain I get 30 minutes of this every day. It's not too stressful.
