Reason #3 Why I Love SparkPeople

Tuesday, November 13, 2012

I love that SparkPeople is always here- some days I am really into this journey and some days are more eh. But every day I log on and huddle in teams and read blogs and accumulate at least enough points to get a bonus spin. While I might be being "bad" and not tracking, the other parts of the site are so inspiring, the journey stays in my mind and I am making better choices.

It is funny how we have different parts of SP that we like. While you may skip tracking and do other things on SP, I NEVER skip tracking and will ignore the rest of the site. It just proves that Spark has something for everyone! emoticon

I feel the same way. Sometimes, I just don't have the time. But oh so needed when I'm feeling like a pick me up! I love to read about people's successes and sometimes even their failures, so I know what to avoid. Have a great weekend! :)

Right there with you. I love my spark friends! I have been sparking a long time and many of the people I began with are not logging in any more. I wonder if they ever reached their goals. I don't delete them in the hopes that one day they WILL log in and I'll still be here ready to hear the latest!

SP is both motivation and forgiving, which makes it more useful than anything else I've ever done to get healthier. Best thing ever.

I do believe the website and its activities do seem to stick in your mind and keep you aware of what you are doing.
    Have an awesome day!
