Well, I'm happy to report that for the most part I did pretty well with my Thanksgiving dinner...with the exception of carbs, I stayed within range on all my macro nutrients today, I was even UNDER my range for calories, protein & fats!
With the exception of a couple tablespoons of cranberry sauce and 5 black olives (one of my weaknesses on Thanksgiving); as well as my dessert a little bit later, here is a picture of my Thanksgiving plate...
I am very proud of myself...I measured out what I ate, limited myself to 1/2 cup of my two favorite casseroles, and I did not go back for any seconds! I was totally satisfied when I finished eating and not so stuffed that I was miserable which was common in all of my past Thanksgivings!
