December Goals

1. To lose 5lbs.
2. To start drinking more water and less diet coke. I am going in the wrong direction these days lol.
3. To keep exercising a min of 4 days a week, pushing for 6.
4. To push myself for harder workouts.
5. To pay attention to my heart rate and make sure I am raising it enough.
6. To love myself, even if I dont lose, even if I mess up, even if my day is not perfect. I am still worthy of loving myself and I am still doing just fine.
I am not gonna push for too many things this month because it is December and I know how difficult this month is and I do not want to set myself up for failure. However, I am vowing to give my all this month and to make conscious decisions when it comes to eating.
