I was feeling rather sluggish today due to lack of good sleep and an overall challenging day. The day got even dimmer when I had to cancel my gym appointment with myself. Growl! Pass me the blanket, I'm done! Or am I? The bad news is I didn't make it to the gym for my one hour cardio kickboxing class.
The good news is I completed a fun 30 minute youtube video instead! At the beginning of the summer, I was very challenged by this short video because you're forced to move slowly initially. I'm used to a much quicker pace. This video causes me to process my movements in a very intentional way. I guess that's what I was talking about in yesterday's blog. However, don't let this video's slower pace fool you, it's purpose is to systematically build you up towards bigger moves. Trust me when I say that you WILL get an effective quickie workout!
Kudos to Kendall Hogan for making it short, effective and really fun! His enthusiasm is infectious!
