"Zumba for Dessert"

Every Tuesday, for the past 2 years, and as long as my schedule permits, I take an ever-morphing "Boot Camp" class and "Zumba" right afterwards.
Boot Camp involves dumbbells, barbells, and cardio intervals. It's one of the few classes I take that has plenty of men in it (Yay, always something to learn from them!). There's profuse sweating, grunting, and some bad gas smelling up the air!! However, we're too busy moving, nobody seems to mind. I'm so busy listening to my body and just loving the rhythm of my movement, not because I move beautifully but simply because I'm able to move! I do not take the ability to move for granted. Today felt spectacular because some of the maneuvers I tried, actually felt easier. My body is getting stronger and I'm loving every minute of it! This class challenges all females and males alike but you feel like a million sweaty bucks when you're done. Hey, a million bucks is a million bucks whether they're wet or dry!
Earning a sweaty T-shirt at the end of this workout is beyond exhilarating, and should be the final kiss to a good night...But Zumba comes next! I can't help but reward myself with a little cardio dancing right afterwards to celebrate surviving Boot Camp"! It's a great combination!
