Monday: Gym with Jodie 40 min, Gym with Athen 50 min. DONE!!
Dinner: Turkey nachos and sauteed baby bok choi (weird combo I know...its pms time, I was craving weird stuff)
Tuesday: Gym alone 40 min, Gym with Athen 1 hour
Dinner: Turkey again lol. We made a turkey on sunday and have tons left. Tonight will be turkey with roasted carrots and onions and mashed sweet potatoes :) Probably a salad before the gym.
Wednesday: Gym alone 40 min, Gym with Athen 1 hour
Dinner: Pork Tenderloin and broccoli/cauliflower combo and quinoa
Thursday: No gym..going to Ocean City to see the Winter Festival of Lights :)
Dinner: Not sure if we will eat out or not.
Friday: Gym alone 1 hour. Then to see the Live Nativity :)
Dinner: Not sure again if we will eat out or not
Saturday: Gym with Athen 1 hour
Dinner: Ham dinner at Grandma's house. My cousins are all coming to town, including my baby cousin who is in the army who we have not seen in 3 years :) Super excited!
Sunday: Gym with Athen 1 hour (hopefully)
Dinner: Roast with veggies
Goal: 410-470 minutes. I REALLY want to meet my goal this week!!
