Weekly Plan 12/17-12/23

Monday: Gym with Athen 35 minutes.
Dinner: London Broil marinated and topped with bell peppers (YUM) and roasted asparagus, onion and mushrooms
Tuesday: Gym with Athen 1 hour
Dinner: Balsamic Mustard Chicken (trying for the first time)
Wednesday: Spinning 1 hour (maybe. I was invited by another gym goer) Gym with Athen 1 hour
Dinner: Hamburgers (no bun) with mashed cauliflower and roasted carrots
Thursday: Gym with Athen 1 hour
Dinner: Pork chops, rice and brussels sprouts
Friday: No gym...but we will be dancing the night away at a Christmas Party :)
Saturday: Maybe gym 1 hour alone (depends on the hangover lol)
Dinner: Chicken Thighs and sauteed Baby Bok Choi
Sunday: Gym 1 hour alone
Dinner: Either turkey chili or pork tenderloin
I really want to go each scheduled day this week because I am 7 visits away from my 12 days of Christmas YMCA shirt lol. If you go 12 days in December you get a free shirt. Of course the first week and a half we had nothing because of all the illness so now I am working on getting it.
