Living Life Day 12 December 27, 2012

Thursday, December 27, 2012

Hi Ho Hi Ho it's off to work I go. I'm hoping to make it out of my driveway this morning, the snow removal fairy hasn't been here yet, so I'm hoping that either he gets here or I can plow through the foot of snow in my driveway. The side streets haven't been plowed yet either, since there's no school this week. I still have about 45 minutes until I need to leave, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

The snow is beautiful this morning. I let the doggie out and had to let her out through the garage instead of onto the deck because there's too much snow there. I don't want to have a pile of snow come into the kitchen, and I don't have a shovel by the sliding glass door yet.

Goals for today:
~ 80 oz water - 88 yesterday
~ 10,000 steps - 14k yesterday
~ 25 flights of stairs (this seems like a lot but I only use the upstairs bathroom at home, and that helps alot!) 25 yesterday
~ journal every bite
~ smile at least once an hour
~ earn 75 Sparkpoints
~ work on menu planning for the next 2 weeks
~ grocery list based on menu
~ Weight Watchers meeting and WI at noon
~ focus on this lifestyle I have chosen for myself and don't sweat the small stuff

Great goals!! Sounds like you are doing very well. Enjoy the snow. We have cold weather but no snow.

I do love the look of snow but don't miss the cold and having to get to work in it. Be safe. I wanted to congratulate you as well for being so good about blogging everyday with your goals. You are doing just great!
    Have a terrific day.

I just got a FitBit for Christmas, which keeps track of how many times I got up the stairs... well, we don't have many stairs in our house, so I'm lucky if I make 10 a day!
