The end of 2012

So another year that I had plans to lose the weight. Plans to be healthier and thinner and have more energy. these plans I did not follow up with, I instead had a 10 pound gain and am again at the highest number I have ever been at. so what am I going to do about this?
I need to commit to living healthier and changing my lifestyle choices. I need to commit to taking care of me! I need to commit to Exercise and healthy food. I need to commit to working daily on these changes.
I commit to all of the above. From this day forward I will put my health and weight at the top of my list of what is important for me to accomplish.
