The end of 2012

So another year that I had plans to lose the weight. Plans to be healthier and thinner and have more energy. these plans I did not follow up with, I instead had a 10 pound gain and am again at the highest number I have ever been at. so what am I going to do about this?

I need to commit to living healthier and changing my lifestyle choices. I need to commit to taking care of me! I need to commit to Exercise and healthy food. I need to commit to working daily on these changes.

I commit to all of the above. From this day forward I will put my health and weight at the top of my list of what is important for me to accomplish.

    You can do this! My weight has fluctuated this year also! I just turned 55 and I can tell you it's not easy, but TOGETHER WE CAN DO IT!

    I am at my highest too and plan on taking the bull by the horns and running with it. You can do this. Stop by the slimdown team we have some great challenges starting to get you moving.
