Day 1

Day 1 Started my day off with a glass of fresh juice ( carrot, cucumber, and apple). I am not a huge fan of juicing *yet* but its not about what I want, its about what my body needs. Today, I will enjoy 2 meals of juice, and my other meals (snacks, lunch, etc) I will enjoy a healthy size portion of nutrient dense food.

Sweating is your fat crying...so instead of giving in to a meal, I will make my fat cry today for mercy, working out like no ones business. Plenty of water is on the agenda for today, and plenty of rest tonight.

My body's health is worth more than what my mind wants....so here it goes!

    I will juice 2 meals and definitely have other meals with protein for sure. Weight loss is a side effect of what I am looking for, I am looking for wellness within my body. I want my body to function the best it can. :)

    Don't forget your body also needs protein! Juicing is a no go for me as it sends my bloodsugar skyhigh- so be sure to listen to your body and have protein in your meal too :) Health is the name of the game- not just weightloss! Good Luck!

    what works for you genia love.shakes wouldn´t work for me as they have no bulk so wouldnßt fill me.maybe one or two as snacks but not instead of a meal if it works for you thióugh go for it.keep on keeping on and you will get there in the end.happy new year and here´s to starting a new streak. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
