Starting the new year like I did the beginning of last. Full force commitment. It's not easy of course, my tummy is rumbling, it's just going to have to get over it and learn to eat like a thin person lol. So far I'm just eating fruits and veggies and juicing. I'm not sure how long I will go with this but the goal of course is to detox and cleanse from all the junk I've consumed in the last 2 months. I want to lose as much this year as I did last, and I will be at my goal by the end of this year if I succeed. :)
