So 2013 is here and I am feeling MOTIVATED!!! Drinking my water, got in 20 minutes of exercise, logged my breakfast (and ate a fairly healthy breakfast). WooHoo! 12 hours into the new year and I am loving it!
So how long does this feeling last? some years (depending on what I did the night before) it never even starts! lol. And some years it has lasted a few days. Can I get this Feeling of Motivation and loving life to last a week? A Month? All year? I cant say for sure, but I am going to give it a try! I want this to be the year I do it! The year I met my goals: for healthier living, wt loss and overall just loving and enjoying life!
So on to a new subject: I am doing the spark coach and today i am to blog how I waste time. (or something like that). My number one time waster is my computer! I love the computer. I love FB and playing games, I love watching my tv shows and movies on here. I do so enjoy the computer but it does keep me from moving around and I also tend to eat while sitting here (not today). So I need to try and find limits or time outs so I can do other things. (exercise, time with family and friends, and other hobbies.
One thing I can do is set a timer and after so much time; I have to get up and move around. another thing I could do is NOT go on the computer until I have done some exercise or spent time with family. I could also plan my day, give myself tasks to do and work on them as the day goes by. there are several options for me to try, I dont have to give up my computer but just change how I manage my usage and time.
