I'm officially at a higher weight than when I started in 2009. Bad feeling. I'm just starting over again..slow this time. I need to make real changes and not temporary fixes. I want to get my eating back under control and do light cardio, then add on once I'm back in control of what I consume. I need to stop with the all or nothing attitude, it's crushing me.
