Time for a new year and new adventures.

So I have to go back to work in less than 2 weeks. I'm hoping this year will be far less stressful at work. I am also excited for my post contract plans. I am going to see the world. One way or another I am having an epic year.

So with the holidays I did fall behind on updates. I did not fall behind on exercise and food other than during Xmas. My mother was not helpful AT ALL. She says I am driving her crazy with my habits and I was ruining Christmas. Um ok. So lots of cookies and pies and other treats. ON TOP of huge calorie meals. It was tough. But I have officially dropped the two pounds I gained and another half a pound so I am going negative again!!! Total of 12 pounds so far!!!!! I'm excited. I really hope I can hit that 15 mark before I have to go back for work. I was hoping for 20 but I had a plateau and the Xmas setback. 15 is not a bad alternative seeing as I have never lost more than 5 pounds by just diet and exercise. I had issues eating on boats my first year at sea from sea sickness and lost weight quickly, which unfortunately came back. And then some. So this is the first year I have done something proactive and stuck to it. Which is why I am terrified to go back to work. I really hope I get a crew that will work with me to achieve my goals instead of destroy them.

Otherwise Xmas was good, my sister came to visit and was fairly peaceful which was a nice change. New Years was awesome. And I didn't pig out too bad. I didn't gain weight and still managed to get to the gym this morning! On that note, my sleep schedule is out of whack and I should get some sleep.

I hope you all had a great holiday and that you all have an EPIC NEW YEAR!!!!
