I am not an old lady. I can do this. Last few years were just a fluke. I had to take some medications for a few years that had some weird side effects. I gained 80 or more pounds in the process. Last year I lost 40 pounds off from eating good foods and exersizing. This year my goal is to lose the last 40 pounds.
Big goal. So I have to break it down. Small steps. Working on the first 10 pounds this month.
