Today was an off day as well.
No exercise but food is on target
Pounds down but will wait until Mon morning to
state how much as that is my TOPS weigh-in day
Still working on my blood sugar but think I
have it back working for a while. Also staying
at 1550 for calories as I feel better. Still tired,
but believe that will level out soon.
